
Cece has been involved with the Fitness Industry for over 18 years. At the age of 22, she decided to leave Europe and travel the world. She ended up in Maui where she attended a 6 weeks intensive Fitness course with the Strong, Stretched and Centered Body/Mind Fitness Institute. After graduating in 1994, she decided to pursue her career in the Fitness field and became the Fitness Coordinator for the Maui Family YMCA. In 2000, she left Maui to move to Las Vegas and became the Health and Fitness Specialist at the Health And Wellness Center at Nellis Air Force Base. She curently is a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the Sun City Summerlin Association where her focus is to help Older Adults by providing a safe and fun fitness regimen. Cece is available for home Personal Training in Sun City and has been approved by the Association to train at all their Fitness Centers. She can design a program for balance, strength, endurance and flexibility. Her exercise programs are unique, diverse and design to one's fitness ability. She is a firm believer in connecting mind and body for better results and uses left and right brain exercises, functional movements to improve balance, memory and coordination. She is looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals and improve your quality of life.

Here is Mom, she is 67 and walks 2.5 hours 6 days a week. Doesn't own a car, and has osteoporis. She says she has to move every day so she can live longer.
